History
Founded in 1978, the company has experienced sustained growth in sales for more than 30 years, reinvesting in the expansion and improvement of its facilities. In 2002, it opened a new cutting room and frozen food storage facilities, which tripled its production. Its market focus is primarily on Galicia, with a presence also in the European Community and the rest of Spain.
Product types
It offers a wide range of meat products, including beef, pork, and lamb, both carcasses and pieces. Its products include ham, cacheira, pancetta, kebabs, criollos, hamburgers, chorizos, blood sausages, sausages, cold cuts, and cured and salted products. It also produces sauces such as chimichurri.
