With a deep cherry red color, this wine is the result of a traditional harvest and production process using exclusively our old vines of the certified organically grown Garnacha Tinta variety. After manual harvesting in boxes, the grapes were selected so that the most suitable ones were used in the winemaking process. After destemming and gentle crushing, the wine was macerated for 25 days.
