This wine has been made with organically grown Garnacha Tinta grapes through the process of bleeding by their own weight. Macerated for 24 hours, the wine underwent a refrigeration process at around 13ºC, and then proceeded to racking. Fermentation took place for 15 days at a controlled temperature so that the wine retained all its fruity aromas and color.
