Made with pasteurized milk from cows fed with pastures from Menorca. 100% natural cheese. Certificate in Animal Welfare. Ripens between 90 and 120 days. Its lactic flavor is evolved and persistent. Tender texture, easy to cut and shows a smooth, whole and shiny surface. This is the most versatile Mahón cheese, ideal for tapas, gratin, on toasted bread with tomato or the classic Balearic toast with sobrassada and honey. An essential in Spanish cheese boards.
