Cava Brut Nature Sumarroca 75cl

The Sumarroca Brut nature cava is made from its own vineyards, with the traditional blend of Xarel lo, Parellada and Macabeo and aged for a minimum of 36 months in stacks. The fineness of time gives it a pale yellow colour. Fresh or highly complex aroma in which, first of all, the notes of pastry, due to the 36-month ageing of the cava, are mixed with light notes of fresh fruit from the base wine. The palate is fresh, smooth and with a very fine bubble that blends perfectly with the complexity of the cava. Elegant, serious, long and dry finish where all the frankness of the cava is expressed. Pairs well with seafood, fish, cured cheeses and white meats.
