Special chickpea hummus 350g

Aranca has selected a chickpea with an exclusive flavour and a high cooking point to facilitate its direct emulsion in hummus preparations. It is advisable to make the emulsion for hummus including the liquid from the jar itself, which is also thicker than normal, since, in this liquid, and due to the high cooking already carried out, there are nutrients: proteins (essential amino acids and especially lysine), minerals (phosphorus, potassium, sodium, iron, etc.), and vitamins from the chickpeas themselves. In addition, this high cooking will allow us to better digest the proteins and carbohydrates.
