This oil pays homage to the 11th century Romanesque hermitage of Santa Creu de Creixà, located in the municipality of Piera. Surrounding the hermitage are the centuries-old olive trees from which the olives are sourced exclusively for producing this excellent oil. This is an area marked by the Mediterranean influence, with hot, dry summers and cold, wet winters. The soil where the olive trees for this magnificent extra virgin olive oil grow is clay-loam and poor in organic matter. In this unique space, we also find hectares of forest full of fauna and flora and a large number of vineyards that are cultivated organically. The harvest of the Santa Creu estate oil is done by hand. A unique and exclusive jewel.
