Limited edition made from the first harvest of Arbequina olives. It is presented in its most primary and natural state, a pure olive juice with minimal manipulation. The flowers of the olive tree appear between April and June. They are shaped like small grapes that are grouped between 10 and a little more than 30 white and yellow flowers. Once fertilized, the petals come off and the new olive seeds begin to form. This is where the name of our Flor de Aceite comes from. It is an unfiltered extra virgin olive oil. Due to its state, it may have some precipitates. These precipitates, in the short term, should not influence the quality of this oil.
