This natural cider is dry, moderately acidic and with a slightly unctuous sensation and a fine final astringency, highlighting its freshness and characteristic fruit aroma. Its appearance is slightly opaque, as corresponds to a product that has not been subjected to filtration, its pale yellow colour with fine green reflections, young. A part of our Natural Cider is marketed through channels of products certified as Organic Agricultural Production. To endorse this production method for the consumer, the COPAE (Council of Organic Agricultural Production of the Principality of Asturias), certifies us as producers of this natural cider.
