Scone Rye Ale Beer 33cl

Our Rye Ale beer is inspired by Roggenbier, but interpreted in our own particular Scone way, with more than 30% Rye and almost 7% alcohol, making this beer not to leave you indifferent. The maceration process is done in 3 temperature jumps in order to obtain, on the one hand, the greatest possible quantity of fermentable sugars and, on the other, to work at a temperature that allows us to obtain non-fermentable sugars that leave a malty body in the beer. The hop contribution in this craft beer is higher than in the Blonde Ale, combining the three hops (Nugget, Styriam Golding and Cascade) so that all the flavour of rye can be appreciated but with a perfectly balanced contribution of bitterness.
