Quality sparkling wine from Getaria made using the traditional method from the harvest and manual selection of 100% native Hondarrabi Zuri grapes selected from our best Zudugarai vineyard. Pale yellow in colour with greenish reflections, the Zudugarai 2021 sparkling wine presents fine and elegant bubbles resulting from a second fermentation in the bottle at a very low temperature. Complex on the nose, where citrus aromas and the subtlety of fresh grass are mixed with the minerality that the Aia soils give to the Hondarribi Zuri variety. The 26 months of ageing in the bottle give it a delicate bakery background. In the mouth, the acidity and hints of citrus and white fruit mix with the elegant creaminess of the bubbles and create a long and very sincere sparkling wine, as there is no added sugar during disgorging.
