History
The company was founded in 1942 in Reus as the Union of Agricultural Cooperatives of the Province of Tarragona, with the aim of uniting the efforts of local agricultural cooperatives. Over the years, its structure and name have evolved, expanding facilities, modernizing processes, and expanding its activity to include exports and product manufacturing. In 2018, it restructured, creating companies specializing in nuts, oils, and wines, consolidating itself as Grupo Unió SCCL.
