History
Union Mels, SLU was founded in 2007 by the Sancho-Melero family, owners of Industrias Confiteras Antequerana. It is part of the Sancho Melero Group, a business holding company with more than 70 years of experience in the sector. Since its founding, the company has sought to add value throughout the entire production chain and has been characterized by its constant search for new products. It currently has a broad network of clients in Spain and is undergoing international expansion, with a presence in Europe, China, South Korea, Morocco, Equatorial Guinea, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates.


Product types
The company offers a wide range of confectionery, pastry, and bakery products.
