Our Traditional Fresh Cheese is a cheese made from a mixture of pasteurized cow and goat milk, variable according to the organoleptic characteristics of the fresh milk of the day in order to obtain the “blending” characteristic of our firm. It is a firm cheese, with an excellent texture and well pressed, which means it contains less whey than the general cheese on the market. The ingredients of our Freco Tradicional are reduced to pasteurized cow's milk, goat's milk, rennet and salt.
