The 100% of its activity is oriented to the elaboration under the Traditional Method of fermentation in bottle. We are in Villanueva de Alcardete, province of Toledo, in the land of Don Quixote de la Mancha and in the vicinity of the sale of his beloved Dulcinea del Toboso.
