Carolvs, our flagship of all the CUEVAS, only made in the best vintages, aged for more than 28 months and with Chardonnay, Airen and Macabeo grapes, 15% of the Chardonnay base wine fermented in American Oak Barrels. Pale and bright yellow in colour with very fine bubbles with good release. Harmonious aromas with fruity notes and fine pastries. In flavour, lively and fresh on the palate, delicate and smooth with a fine acid structure.
