Abanicos Aire Distinto SL was founded in Aldaia, Valencia, in 1944 by Mr. Emilio Blay. It is currently run by his daughter, Lola Blay, and Vicente Simó. Since its inception, the company has maintained the artisanal tradition of fan manufacturing, incorporating original designs and adapting to current trends.
