History
The company was founded in 1965 by Vicente Hernández in Valladolid, after acquiring a small olive business. Since then, it has grown and modernized, with management passing to the second generation of the Hernández family. In 2019, they moved their packaging plant and offices to Arroyo de la Encomienda to expand their capacity and continue innovating. They currently have their own stores, tasting shops, and franchises in several cities.
Product types
The company offers a wide range of products, including olives (in various varieties such as Gordal, Manzanilla, Campo Real, and Kalamata), pickles, cured meats (such as loin, cecina, and Iberian ham), preserves, nuts, artisan chocolates, and wines (including a red wine exclusive to the brand).
