History
The company was founded in 1928 as the Pharmaceutical Federation. In 1929, it launched its scientific division, and in 1934, it made its first delivery by van. Over the years, it has opened several logistics centers (Lleida, Girona, Reus, and Castelló in 1965; Terrassa and Valencia in 1988; Palau-Solità i Plegamans in 2021; and Alicante in 2022), implemented continuing education programs since 1986, introduced robotics and radio frequency technology in its logistics centers in 2000, acquired Actibios in 2023, and formed the Fedefarma Group in 2024.
Product types
It offers a wide range of products and services for pharmacies, including distribution of medicines and parapharmacy products, logistics solutions, personalized consulting, cloud-based management software (such as Sfera), integrated CRM platforms (Nextera), business intelligence tools, training programs, pharmacy design and sales, and an orthopedic catalog. It also has its own laboratories specializing in natural health (GSN Farma), women's health, and animal health. Its main areas of focus are distribution services, comprehensive consulting, and technological solutions for pharmacy management.
