History
The company began in 1963 as Gallina Blanca Purina, focusing on farm animal feed. In 1979, it began producing dog and cat food. In 1987, it created its Foundation to promote the beneficial role of animals in society, and in 1988, it launched an awareness campaign against animal abandonment. In 2002, Agrolimen acquired 100% of the company, expanding into Europe and adopting the name Affinity Petcare. Since then, it has launched new product lines, expanded its international presence, and developed research projects and partnerships in the field of animal welfare.
