The company was founded in 1994 by several companies with experience in the sale and distribution of food and beverage brands, both in the retail and on-trade sectors, with the goal of offering imported products to customers throughout Spain. Initially, its focus was on tourist areas due to the demand for international products from tourists and foreign residents, but over time it has expanded its scope to also serve domestic consumers.
