History
The winery was founded in 2017 by Antonio José Bustillo Pérez, a winemaker with experience in the sector and family roots in vine growing since the late 19th century on the 'Ntra. Sra. De Palomares' estate in Pago de Añina. The project was created in recognition of the women in the family, who have managed the vineyard for decades. The founder has training and experience in oenology and chemistry, and has worked on improving vineyard conditions and producing wines in the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Designation of Origin.
