History
El Rosal is a century-old brand that has been making biscuits since 1920 in Tàrrega. It began as a family bakery and is now a social economy project linked to the Alba Association, dedicated to the well-being of people with disabilities and at risk of exclusion. The company has maintained its artisanal tradition and evolved toward an inclusive and socially responsible model.
Product types
The company offers a variety of handmade artisan cookies, including Arrugats, its most iconic product. They also produce Ventalls, Cubanitos, Neules, chocolate Neules, and rose-shaped cookies covered in chocolate or strawberries. They also offer family packs and personalized products for events.
