History
The history of Mahou San Miguel officially begins in 1890 with the founding of its first beer production center in Madrid, although its origins date back to the mid-19th century with Casimiro Mahou. Over the years, the company has experienced sustained growth, expanding both within Spain and internationally. It has integrated iconic brands such as San Miguel, Alhambra, and Solán de Cabras, and has focused on innovation and diversification, including the acquisition of craft breweries and expansion into new markets. Currently, Mahou San Miguel is the most international Spanish brewery, with a presence in more than 70 countries.


Product types
The company offers a portfolio of more than 50 national and international brands, primarily beers and mineral waters. Its most notable products include Mahou Cinco Estrellas, San Miguel Especial, Alhambra Reserva 1925, and Solán de Cabras.
