Red wine MONTEBUENA bottle 0.1875 L Young

Made with Tempranillo plots from all over Labastida, ranging from 450 to 670 meters above sea level. All plots are owned and harvested by hand. The grapes are destemmed upon arrival at the winery. Cold pre-fermentation maceration takes place for four days until the spontaneous onset of alcoholic fermentation. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation then follows, prior to light clarification and bottling. The wine has a raised core with a purple hue that turns red at the rim. Bright, lively, and youthful. Intense aromas of red and black fruits: blackberry, strawberry, cherry, and blueberry. Easy on the palate, with medium volume and a fresh, lively aftertaste thanks to the well-integrated acidity and the presence of more fruity notes on the finish.
