Made from a single, century-old plot of Tempranillo, located 470 meters above sea level on calcareous clay soil. Pre-fermentation maceration for four days until the spontaneous start of alcoholic fermentation in a small open tank, with entirely manual pumping and treading. Subsequent transfer to French oak barrels, where it ages for 24 months. Covered, with a rich coloring layer and cherry red tones. Powerful and complex nose with a multitude of intermingled nuances. Aromas of balsamic, black fruit, chocolate, and vanilla. Full and well-structured on the palate. Voluminous and elegant at the same time. The finish is long and very complex, with an aftertaste of elegant and well-integrated oak nuances: coffee with milk, pastries, and chocolate.
