This modern organic rosé is perfect for lovers of new wines, thanks to its personality and incomparable flavor. The exclusivity of the Monastrell variety offers a bold, elegant wine, full of freshness and vivacity, boasting a distinctive, unique, and authentic character. The harvest takes place at the peak of grape ripeness to achieve greater freshness and aromas in the wine. Harvested by hand and early in the morning, the bunches are placed in 15 kg boxes. The bunches are transported directly to the press, where they are gently pressed before undergoing light racking. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14-16 degrees.
