Garena 75cl

Garena is a modern txakoli made by blending our native varieties Hondarrabi Zerratia at 80% and Hondarrabi Zuri at 20%. We obtain these grapes from a single 5-hectare vineyard plot located at an altitude of 260 metres with a perfect southern orientation, bordering two of the most important natural parks in Bizkaia, Gorbea and Urkiola. Each of the two varieties is made separately in the winery, aging a percentage of what will be the final blend on its lees. In this way we manage to maintain the traditional freshness of txakoli by enveloping it with the lees; a fresh and aromatic wine, but at the same time dense and complex.
