Bodegas La Soterraña was born from an ambitious project of several friends, unconditional wine lovers and linked to the sector for years (winemakers, wine growers ...).
Their passion for wine - and the Verdejo variety in particular - encourages them to indulge in a whim, to produce a Verdejo white wine under the DO Rueda for the sole purpose of quality and distinction. Therefore, Bodegas la Soterraña stands in the year 2006 in the town of Olmedo, traditional land of kings and knights in Spain and quality wine area par excellence within the Denomination of Origin.

The company was founded in 2006 in Olmedo by a group of wine-loving friends who decided to fulfill their dream of creating their own wines.
Product types
They offer white wines under the Rueda and Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla y León Designations of Origin. Their main products are made from Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc, and Godello grape varieties.
