Activity
In 1988, the Carbonell Figueras family, with a long viticultural tradition in the region, began the project of the winery "Clos Montblanc" Located in Barberà de la Conca, very close to two emblematic places in the history of Catalonia: the fortified city of Montblanc and the monastery of Poblet. A land full of history and traditions. Where the Cistercian monks settled, almost a thousand years ago, with the purpose of finding the path to perfection. A spirit that is present in the soul of our inhabitants and is reflected in the way of working of its people.


History
The Carbonell Figueras family, with over 300 years of winemaking tradition, founded Clos Montblanc in 1988 in Barberà de la Conca. The winery is located in a region steeped in history and culture, near Montblanc and the Poblet Monastery. Since its founding, the company has been committed to modernizing its facilities and internationalizing its products.


Product types
Clos Montblanc offers a wide range of red, white, and rosé wines, made from 15 grape varieties, as well as several cavas. Highlights include Masia Les Comes (an organic red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot), Únic Chardonnay (a barrel-fermented white wine), Inici (a signature wine made using traditional methods), and various cavas such as Cava Brut Nature Premium Reserva and Cava Brut Rosé.
