Within Bodegas Fos we find three warehouses, one for processing, another for aging and one for bottling and storage.
At harvest the bunches of grapes are collected in special packing boxes and sorted by hand on the selection ribbon.
Clusters are turned over a ribbon, where they are 100% selected, eliminating those that do not meet the necessary quality.
Next, the grapes are defrosted and fermented in stainless steel tanks controlling the temperature at all times.
The resulting wine is accumulated, cleaned and aged in French and American oak barrels until bottled
Once bottled, the wine remains at least one year before it can be consumed.
