The company is dedicated to producing wines from its own vineyards, with a special emphasis on restoring old vineyards and using traditional and sustainable methods in wine production.
History
The company began in 2008 as a personal project of Fernando Mora, who began making wines with Mario López. In 2010, they produced their first vintage of Frontonio, and in 2013, together with Jesús Slolanas, they formalized the project as Bodegas Frontonio. In 2016, they acquired the El Jardín de las Iguales vineyard, considered their most special. In 2017, Fernando Mora earned his Master of Wine title. In 2018, they established the winery in Alpartir, and in 2021, their 64 hectares were certified organically.
Product types
The company offers a variety of wines made from different plots and varieties, including El Jardín de las Iguales, Frontonio, Alas de Frontonio, Telescopic, Supersonic, Psicodélico, Microcósmico, and Botijo (White and Red). They also offer special selections and large formats.
