The love of the land and work are the principles of this family that with great enthusiasm decides to plant their vineyards at the foot of the Jaramiel stream, strong and noble land populated by castle...s. Little by little they have been building their cellar, strong, solid, as if it were fortress stones. Little by little, too, I have been molded with love and enthusiasm, with the good work that characterizes the Castilian people.
The more they give me, the more they expect from me, the more I have to give them to me. The day I appeared in their lives I began to be part of them, I am one more child.

When they look at me, they see my intense cherry red color, with its bluish tones that reflect my youth. They have provided me with pampering in their land.
When they smell me, my aromas comfort them when they realize that together we have formed this explosion of red fruit with smells of blackberry, raspberry, touches of vanilla and touches of spicy smells, given by the oak where I have been raised.
When they taste me, I am a treat in the mouth with pleasant tannins that make my step elegant and persistent. I'm different because my creators wanted it that way.
