Burgáns, a name of Celtic origin, which refers to the hill on which the Winery is located, in the heart of the Val do Salnés, from where you can see the spectacular landscapes of the region and the Ría de Arousa. The Burgáns label shows a triskelion, a common symbol of Celtic culture, originating from our Galician ancestors, which symbolises the underground arteries that flowed so that our wine could drink from them. A triple spiral representing the earth, the sea and the water, as well as their evolution, growth and balance, all of which can be savoured when drinking our Burgáns wine. Burgáns is an Albariño with a modern production concept using tanks with special aromatic characteristics, following a rigorous process in which alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperatures to enhance the primary aromas and obtain greater mellowness, thus highlighting the virtues of the Val do Salnés grapes.
