Mara Moura Godello 6x75Cl DO Monterrei

Mara Moura is made from a selection of Godello vineyards on both slate and granite soils, which allows for aromatic complexity and greater freshness. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at low temperatures and batonnage is carried out twice a week to keep the lees in suspension, thus providing smoothness and complexity to the wine. To enhance the aromatic sensations, a small quantity of Treixadura grapes is added to the wine, which provides floral and mineral notes. The result is a fresh and energetic wine, in which the typicality of the varietal stands out and with great aging potential.
