Mara Moura Bastard 75Cl

Mara Moura Bastardo is made from the Bastardo grape (Merenzao), one of the oldest and rarest native varieties in Galicia, which is practically extinct. It is a very fresh grape with a significant mineral and spicy component but with very little colour and very thin skin, making it perfect for making rosé wines. The plot is harvested early to enhance the freshness of this variety. This limited edition of just over 1,300 bottles is made by pressing the whole grape using only the flower must, always at low pressures to control the extraction of colour.
