Martín Códax OW Albariño 75Cl

An Albariño with the soul of a red wine. Martín Códax makes this orange wine following the most primitive and ancestral manual practices, originating in the Caucasus regions more than 6,000 years ago. Fermentation takes place on the skins, with which it remains macerated for seven months. This encourages the desired development of the wine's colour and aromatic characteristics.

Features

• Amber in colour with iodine reflections. Medium intensity with notes of ripe fruit and vegetal and crushed flower notes. Wide, structured and tannic on the palate.
