During his stay in Scotland, he not only learned the secrets of distillation, but also met what would be his eternal source of inspiration, a woman named Rita, a native of Glasgow, whom he married and returned to Japan. There he dedicated his life to making exceptional whiskeys, demonstrating his mastery of this technique.
