• Tasting note: Intense cherry color. Delicious fruity aroma (blackberry jam) with an elegant and unique nuance reminiscent of orange peel. In the mouth it is round, full, with very fine and perfumed tannin.
• Gastronomy: Perfect with white meats such as chicken or turkey. It goes very well with roasted vegetables, such as peppers, zucchini and eggplant. You can also accompany pasta dishes with tomato, bacon or mushroom-based sauces. Serve between 14-15°C.
