Paco & Lola is a winery founded in 2005 at the initiative of a group of viticulturists and wine producers from the O Salnés region, who decided to professionalize their production. This cooperative is called "Sociedad Cooperativa Vitivinícola Arousana" and is currently made up of more than 400 members, being the most important cooperative by number of members in the DO Rías Baixas. The winery has 200 hectares of its own vineyard spread over more than 1,800 plots, characteristic of the Galician smallholding and located entirely in the "Val do Salnés" sub-zone. Its distinguished and daring image, its desire to break out of the established and the creation of a world-renowned brand have become the three pillars of the Paco & Lola philosophy. These pillars are behind everything they do, from the design of the bottles, wrapped in their characteristic polka dots, to the process of making their wines. Faithful to this philosophy, they have become one of the most recognized wineries in the DO Rías Baixas.
