Gin Xoriguer bottle 70cl

The production of Gin Xoriguer is carried out in copper stills of the so-called primitive type. They work with direct heat and consist of a cylindrical copper boiler in which the liquid to be distilled is placed together with the juniper berries. The steam generated passes through a coil cooled by cold water where it condenses again and is collected in metal vessels. It is then transferred to a tank where, once it has passed the quality control, it is filtered and bottled.
