• Tempranillo 80% and Mazuelo 20%. The grapes are manually harvested in 15-kilogram boxes from vineyards averaging over 25 years old. The grapes are almost completely destemmed, followed by alcoholic fermentation in 50-hl oak vats at a temperature between 27 and 31°C. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new American oak barrels. The wine is aged for 15 months in oak barrels.
