• Grape varieties: A blend of 70% Viura, 20% Malvasía, 5% Garnacha Blanca, and 5% Other grapes. Harvested manually, the grapes are placed in 12- to 15-kilogram boxes. Crushing takes place in the winery, followed by skin-to-skin maceration of the crushed grapes in the tank to extract the aromatic essence from the skins. The free-run juice is separated by gravity and gently pressed.
