BOLLERIA EL NEO

It was the year 1966 when our grandfather, Manuel Ibañez Romero, aka the Neo, as they all called it, founded what we now know as our home, El Neo Pastries. At that time, Manuel, El Neo, nickname that he received because his father was dedicated to making baskets of nea, dedicated all his efforts to try to carry out his family by making, perhaps, the most tasty bread peaks of all Tenerife.   Sinc ...e those years, in the Neo Pastry we strive to produce a product of the highest quality, always using the best raw material and respecting, to this day, the same traditional techniques of the time.   50 years later, children and grandchildren follow the steps marked by our grandfather Manuel, El Neo, working hard every day to create and strengthen most of the products that today are a reference of quality and mastery in the traditional bakery of the Islands.   We enjoy working to make our traditional apple pie, our muffins, delicious lemon biscuits or our fritters continue to sweeten the special moments of Canarian consumers.   Respecting the tradition, in Bakeries The daily Neo strive to improve and offer new products that surprise our customers and have us accompany them for at least 50 years.
