History
The family-run company was founded in 1980 by Maruja in Alaior. Since then, it has expanded to different towns in Menorca through the opening of cafés and restaurants, while maintaining the artisanal tradition in its production processes.
Product types
It offers a wide variety of artisan products, including bread, ensaimadas in different varieties (empty, angel hair, chocolate, burnt cream, sobrasada), typical sweet pastries such as pastissets, crespells, bitters, and carquinyols, as well as savory pastries (meat empanadas, flaons, rubiols, sobrasada candies, mini croissants, tuna cocas, pizzas), cookies, cakes, candies, preserves, and nougat. Highlights include ensaimadas, dolç talaiòtic, pastissets, and crespells.
