Ayanto
Ayanto, is our link with the oldest and most natural of our land, with the origin of the gastronomy of the Canary Islands.
Ayanto, word of Guanche origin (ancient aborigines that populated the Canary Islands), a word that has lasted over time, reaching our days as lunch or strong lunchtime synonym.
The pintaderas were symbols used by the old settlers of the Canary Islands to mark the cattle, point...out the small grain silos, their houses and caves. Our pintaderas are the three key and indispensable elements of life in the Canary Islands: the SUN, the EARTH and the SEA.
The sun of the eternal spring of the Fortunate Islands, of the Garden of the Hesperides, as they said in classical Greece; the best climate in the world, where the vegetation develops in a different way, conserving and giving rise to unique species impossible to find in other regions of the planet.
The earth; the canaries are lava and volcano, mountains and beaches, a rich and fertile land where plants grow, mostly native, and really extraordinary fruits.
The sea, the Atlantic that surrounds us, bathes our coasts. Pure and crystalline waters from which we extract one of the best salts in the world for our products.
