The company was founded in December 1989 by Manuel A. Curto and Carmen Hernández, who continued the family tradition of artisanal production of Iberian pork products, with over a century of experience. Currently, the third and fourth generations of the family remain at the helm, combining artisanal techniques with modern technology.

It offers a wide range of Iberian meat products, including 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham, 100% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder, 100% Iberian acorn-fed loin, Iberian chorizo, Iberian salchichón, Iberian coppa, and various product packs. Some of the most notable products include the 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham "El Elegido" and the 100% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder.
