Joselito was founded in 1868 in Guijuelo (Salamanca) by Vicente Gómez. Over six generations of family, the company has maintained a tradition of producing Iberian pork products, establishing itself as an internationally recognized brand present in restaurants and gourmet stores in numerous countries. The company has been a pioneer in obtaining environmental certifications and in the traceability and quality control of its products.
