Activity
We began as breeders of sheep until in the mid-seventies we expanded our activity to the marketing and wholesale distribution of beef, sheep and goat meat.
In 1979 we inaugurated the cold store and cutting room facilities in Sant Joan Despí.
As a sample of our adaptability, we included in the nineties the handling, filleting and shrink packaging in trays of sheep meat, to end with the inclusion in our range of products of filleting and packaging in protective atmosphere of cattle, sheep and goats.
At the beginning of the 90's, we started handling, filleting and shrink packaging of sheep meat trays and later we included in our range of products the beef and goats and the packaging in thermosealed and protective atmosphere to extend the Average life of our products.
From the beginning, our goal is to respond to the needs of a demanding and dynamic market, basing our development on the broadest concept of quality with:
Selection in origin of the best examples of meat breeds of beef and sheep.
Constant monitoring during the development, nutrition, habitat and transport of the animals.
Slaughter in slaughterhouses that guarantee the least suffering of the animal (less stress) and therefore optimum levels of pH in the carcasses.
Analysis, inspection, quality controls.
Own refrigeration installations.
Proper production according to the demand of each market:
Cattle, sheep and goat carcasses.
Cutting, polishing and packaging.
Portioning, packaging and labeling.
