History
Cedrón was born from a family of farmers' passion for lemons and organic and biodynamic agriculture, continuing a family tradition in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, Andalusia. The initiative was also driven by Martín Belmonte, manager and Spanish ice cream champion, who was looking for the best lemons for his sorbet and decided to create his own farm to obtain lemons of exceptional quality.
Product types
The company offers several varieties of lemons, including classic yellow lemons, leaf lemons, wild lemons, Primofiori, Verna, yuzu, caviar lemons, and Buddha's hand. It also grows other citrus fruits such as limes, red lemons, bergamots, and citrons. Highlights include biodynamic lemons and boxes of four lemons in designer packaging.
